At JERUSALEM HOMES we offer full management of Jerusalem apartments.
Our services include bi-monthly visits of the property, which consists of thorough inspections and mail collection. We manage all the utility bills and repairs or renovations that take place.
In addition we prepare the apartment prior to visits and send in cleaning staff upon request.
Additionally, we manage the rental of apartments our clients wish to rent out (long term only).
